Private Lessons

Cindy Wilkinson provides private instruction for all ages of students in the areas of piano, voice, hammered dulcimer, and mountain dulcimer.  She teaches primarily out of her home studio in Aurora, CO, near I-225 and Yale Ave, but is available for lessons in your home, for an additional fee.

Ms. Wilkinson has served on the faculty of the Swallow Hill Music School where she taught both privately and with group classes.  She also taught for 14 years with the Denver Center Performing Arts with their children’s classes, both as a music specialty teacher working collaboratively with the theater faculty, and as a lead teacher with children’s singing classes.  Her experience in choral directing has included:  director of the Swallow Hill Children’s Choir (elementary), director of the Sound Seekers Children’s Choir at Wellshire Presbyterian Church (K-2), and leading children’s voices at both elementary schools and preschools.

Many of her students have performed throughout the Denver area in musical theater productions with PHAMALY and Cherry Creek High School.  She also has taught both privately and in group settings with students in the San Francisco, CA area.
